The Vocative Case is one of the distinguishing features of the Ukrainian language. The address expressed by the Vocative Case is a powerful stylistic device. The main purpose of the translator is to follow the individual style of the author of the original work. The main difficulty is the absence of theVocative Case in the Russian and English languages.
