THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION BY DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONS

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and methodological approaches to understanding the concept, content and essence of mechanisms of state regulation of regional development. It is revealed that the regions now become new spaces for building policies as systems of action and independent participants in the global order. The role of regulatory activity of regional development institutes, which includes state authorities and local self-government, is determined. The methodological principles of state administration for the development of the region have been improved.
