THEORETICAL BASIS OF EFFICIENCY FEED PRODUCTION

Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of formation of efficiency of fodder production. Generalized and systematized scientific approaches to the essence of the concept of «efficiency». It is proved that the efficiency of feed production should be regarded as the system's ability to maximize the production of high-quality feed. The basic types of forage production efficiency, such as: technological, economic, environmental, energy and social.
