THEORETICAL FOUNDA TIONS OF LEGA L LIABILITY OF THE MEDIA

Abstract
Theoretical and legal justification for the definition of legal liability presented in the article, that is, the totality of the circumstances, the presence of a possible legal responsibility (accountability) and objectively necessary (responsibility). Based on theoretical and legal provisions, the elements of offenses in the sphere of mass media described that there are different types of legal liability. Conclusion according to the results of the study, the legal responsibility in the sphere of mass media should be understood as a specific form of social relations, involving, on the one hand, individual and collective subjects of offences in the sphere of organization and activities of the media, and other authorized persons who respond to wrongful acts first, and with the help of legal norms or other legal means to provide voluntary or compulsory execution of perpetrators of requirements of the legislation on mass media allowed for information offences.
