Theoretical issues of the procedure for exercising of the right to privatize land plots

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical issues related to the procedure for exercising of the right to privatize land plots. Attention is paid to the content of the concepts of “privatization of land”, “procedure”. The procedure of exercising of the right to privatize the land plots is considered.
