THIRD PERSONS IN OBLIGATIONS ABOUT RENDERING OF FINANCIAL SERVICES

Abstract
The article is devoted to characteristic of third person’s legal status as subjects of obligation about rendering of financial services. Author analyses special features about forms of third person’s participation in individual obligation contracts. In the article author proves the conclusion about the necessity of detailing of third person’s legal status and forms of participation, machinery of their interaction with parties of contract obligations of financial services sphere.
