TIME FACTORS FOR DETERMINING THE COMPLEX SYNERGETIC EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The issue of determining and assessing the performance of enterprises is gaining importance, given the need for optimal management of both natural and human resources of production on the one hand, and their physical capacity on the other. The need for the development of enterprises in the future also has many factors, as for satisfying the needs of consumers in the products (services) of the enterprise, so the potential of nature in meeting these needs. The problem of comprehensive synergistic assessment of the performance of the enterprise (production) and its sources, combined with the problem of managing its operation, taking into account the prospects for its development, is by far the most important for economists and producers. The acceleration of the rate of scientific-and-technological advance (STA) and the need to increase the pace of changes in the current mechanism of production (enterprise) management contribute to the promotion of this problem. At the same time, the level of STA dictates its tasks regarding the current level of enterprise (production) management. Modern world becomes more and more complex, it opens wider and wider due to the modern investigations, which go beyond the classic disciplines and study nonlinear complex forms and models, existence of one phenomenon or another. The society needs to think, learn to live according to the principles of complexity of existence of various conditions of development of nature, environment, new ideas, human principles and needs, perspectives of human interaction with universe and with one another (internal communications, relationships etc.). The article deals with the problem of determining the complex synergetic efficiency of enterprises taking into account time. The purpose, tasks, prospects of formation of the enterprise (production) and the goals of its development in the long term – time are analyzed. It is shown that the basis of the study of complex processes in the economy is the methodology of a systematic approach to the study and modeling of processes. The estimation of the synergetic effect of the enterprise activity, which can be achieved, is based on the research of system efficiency and requirements of synergetics for the construction of synergetic models and indicators. It is proved that it is the synergetic effect (efficiency) of the activity of production that is now a necessary, comprehensive indicator that will accurately characterize the efficiency of the company's activity on all sides: economic, social, environmental, institutional (financial), perspective (expediency of development) in time. Important self-organization factor is the origin of connection between the system and its environment. And the system should be self-organized in this environment to confront the destruction. Improvement of self-organized systems is a complex process and it sometimes determined by seemingly unimportant, insignificant, random factors. But giving their interaction, there is a very different process – those factors that seemed insignificant influence on the general result of the system development in such unexpected way that the system itself has a different meaning and importance.
