TO IDENTIFYING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION: UKRAINIAN AND EUROPEAN DIMENSIONS

Abstract
The basic concepts of conflict of interests in the national and European dimension is defined in this article. The basic definitions relating to conflict of interests is analyzed and described their actors. Defined the responsibility for these of- fenses, analyzed the European experience and provided suggestions for improving the regulation of conflicts of interests in our country.
