TO THE PROBLEM OF THE TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS` INTERNATIONAL LEGAL PERSONALITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the transnational corporations’ international legal personality. Scientific approaches to this question are analyzed. Authors accentuate their attention at the ratio of the notion “subject of the international law” with the availability of the international legal personality at the transnational corporations.
