Topical Questions of Diagnostic and Correction of Lactase Deficiency in Children and Adolescents

Abstract

The article considers a clinical manifestation of lactase deficiency in children and adolescents and its treatment. It has been proven a high therapeutic effectiveness of enzyme replacement therapy of primary and secondary lactose deficiency in breast-fed and formula-fed infants that allows keep lactose intake and reduce drug therapy volume.
