TRAINING AS A CONDITION OF OBTAIN STATUS OF LAWYER

Abstract
In this article author points out that only a lawyer institute internship is a versatile tool for acquisition of a person who has expressed a desire to obtain status of a lawyer required set of practical knowledge and skills. The need for existence of such an institution due to fact that, given great diversity of types of legal professionals, not all people who have relevant experience in field of law, acquire appropriate level of practical knowledge and skills required to provide such a person of legal aid as a lawyer. The conclusion about need to fix rules according to which applicant is to engage in advocacy training should take place for a period of not less than 18 months, which, if necessary, may be extended up to 6 months.
