UKRAINE–EUROPEAN UNION ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT AS A SOURS OF CONSTITUTIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of Association agreement between Ukraine, from one side, and EU, European community on atomic energy and their members-states, from another side, as a source of Constitutional Law. It соvers the innovative character of Agreement which is an international agreement and also contains a number of norms of Constitutional Law. New for the Ukrainian Law constructions and status of institutes which were created jointly with European Union are analyzed in the article.
