UPRAVLJANJE RESURSIMA U FUNKCIJI OSIGURANJA ODRŽIVOG RAZVOJA ORGANIZACIJE / RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN THE FUNCTION OF SAFEGUARDING SUSTAINABLE ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

Managing resources contains requests about selecting and securing needed resources in organization. Organization must select and set on disposal needed resources for conducting and realizing its own strategy and goals. The goal is realization and maintenance of system about absolute control over quality (TQM-a) and constant improvement of his efficient and also increasing buyers satisfaction by completing their requests. For the organization to succeed it is of extreme value timely, efficient application and usage of resources. By resources we mean personnel, infrastructure and work environment. All activities that affect quality of a product and\or a service that requires coworkers, which are in accordance with their education, extra training, skills and experience qualified for their actual task. For all activities in process personnel of according competition must be used. Responsibilities and authority bust be strictly clear and published. Organization must make sure for that the work is continues and a need for competition and education between coworkers is present. For satisfying these needs education must be taken care of or set other measures. Organization must grade the efficiency of those measures. Results serve for estimating success, learning of coworkers and for conception and improving future educations. Working environment that organization selected, secured and is maintaining is of great value for product/service and also on potential ability of a coworker. Working environment is a combination of human and physic factors and can potentially increase effect of an organisation.
