USING A THIN MAGNETIC FILMS IN THE MEASURING MAGNETORESISTIVE CONVERTERS OF ACTIVE POWER

Abstract

Purpose. Investigation of the influence of the parameters of thin ferromagnetic films on the characteristics of the magnetoresistive measuring converter of active power. Methodology. The research methods are based on the apparatus of mathematical physics, numerical modeling of the structure of the sensitive element of the converter, circle theory methods in solving the non-linear Landau-Lifshitz equation, and the system of Maxwell differential equations. Results. The dependence of the optimal parameters of the magnetoresistive measuring converter of the energy of the electromagnetic field on the parameters of the ferromagnetic films is investigated. The influence of the anisotropy of the magnetoresistance Δρ and the anisotropy field Hk on the susceptibility tensor κ of the magnetoresistive converter is analyzed. Originality. The influence of the parameters of thin ferromagnetic films on the characteristics of the magnetoresistive measuring active power converter is considered. Practical value. Increasing the accuracy of the transformation, increasing the speed, increasing the dynamic range of signals that are converted, especially in the area of increase in power levels, the complexity of the functional capabilities of the converters is possible due to the adequate choice of thin magnetic films.
