VALUE-ORIENTED IMPLEMENTATION OF RESOURCE POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT IN TRADE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The problem of the resource potential realization in trade is revealed in the article. For this purpose, the process of value-oriented management of resources implementation is considered, functional aspects of managing the resource potential development in commercial enterprises. The integral system of general and specific management functions potential is studied. Common functions include functions, "organization", "plan", "motivation", "control". Disclosure of specific functions of managing the implementation of resource potential is to develop a rating system implementing resource potential; monitoring and evaluating the implementation of resource potential.
