Vector Control of Asynchronous Motor with Two-mode Controller

Abstract

Aiming at the poor anti-interference of proportional integral ( PI) control and modal chattering of fuzzy sliding mode variable structure control, a two-mode controller was proposed to control the speed of asynchronous motor vector control system, and the fuzzy sliding mode variable structure controller was designed. The fuzzy sliding mode variable structure controller was combined with PI controller. Thus, the two-mode controller was got and the selecting principle of threshold value was given. The simulation results show that this method not only increases the resistance to load disturbance of the system, but also eliminates the modal chattering nearly. The feasibility of two-mode control in the asynchronous motor vector control system is verified.
