Volunteer motion as one of the phenomena of providing of social safety is in Ukraine

Abstract
The article of research is volunteer motion as one of the phenomena of self-organization of citizens of Ukraine in the conditions of external threat the state and society, that undertook the function of stabilization of level of social tension and brought in life of Ukrainians a requirement in freedom, justice and world, as mechanisms of providing of own social safety. The purpose of writing of the article was become by aspiration to probe on the basis of world and present Ukrainian experience efficiency of forms of activity of volunteers on providing of social safety. Laws of Ukraine, other normative acts, printed periodic matters, internetresources, served theoretical and methodological basis of work. The results. The attention is focused on the role of the volunteer movement in the formation of civil society, a new consciousness which is aimed at reforming the system of political and economic system of Ukraine, which as a result can guarantee the provision of social security. Branch use of the results. Organizing and conducting in the field of social security research. Conclusions. Fundamental processes, related to the awareness of life a man on the whole, took place in history of Ukrainian advancement, itself and the limits. Ukrainians in certain moment realized the world essence in which live and own definiteness through activity in an attempt to modify the world – that is why through the mechanism of volunteer took certain responsibility for the fate of nation and state.Putting for a purpose achievement of the social world, volunteers try to confirm the activity in the country the European standards of life and «stimulate» the state to such level of transformations, that in the nearest prospect to guarantee social safety and dynamic development of Ukraine.
