ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗКИ МІЖ ПОКАЗНИКАМИ ІМУНОЛОГІЧНОЇ РЕАКТИВНОСТІ У ДІТЕЙ З НОВИМИ ВИПАДКАМИ ЗАХВОРЮВАННЯ НА ТУБЕРКУЛЬОЗ В ПРОЦЕСІ АНТИМІКОБАКТЕРІАЛЬНОЇ ТЕРАПІЇ

Abstract
Study objective was to investigate the relationship between the parameters of immunological reactivity (cytokine profile and immunoglobulins) in children with new cases of tuberculosis in the process of antimycobacterial therapy. Relationships between parameters of cytokine profile and immunoglobulins is established in children with a widespread specific process which indicates the activation of the humoral level of the immune system. Against this background, the lack of healing of the destructive process in 5.9 % of cases was diagnosed and the development of multi-resistant tuberculosis was revealed in 17.6 %. The obtained data suggest that the activation of humoral component of immune system of children with new cases of tuberculosis and with the widespread process requires inclusion of immunotropic drugs in the complex treatment during the intensive phase of antimycobacterial therapy in order to stimulate the body's protective forces and normalize the pathological changes of the immunological status.
