ПРАВОВАЯ И ПОЛИТИЧЕСКАЯ КУЛЬТУРА МОЛОДЕЖИ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ

Abstract
Young people who do not yet have much social experience often do not dare insist on their rights. This is due to a number of reasons: - it is difficult to understand the huge array of existing laws, - legal disciplines are taught in educational institutions in a small volume, - young people do not have experience in applying for legal advice, since there is no culture of using consulting services, - there is no mutual understanding with parents or with teachers who could provide any kind of legal assistance. The approach to the problem of legal culture of youth is dictated not only of theoretical interest, but also the practical needs. The construction of the rule of law and education of socially responsible citizen is possible only at a certain level of legal culture of personality. This raises the need for a scientific generalization of existing positions and determining the prospects of increasing the level of legal culture of youth. Also this article is on analysis of educating the legal and political culture in modern period. It also examines the forms and methods of mentioned process. The article speaks about the role of not only state authorities in the formation of the legal and political culture of youth, but also the institutions of civil society. The article cites the institutions of civil society, regulatory legal acts governing this industry.
