Взаємозв’язок між толерантністю і рівнем суб’єктивного благополуччя освітнього персоналу [The relationship between teaching staff’s tolerance and their subjective well-being]

Abstract
The author presents the results of the empirical study on the levels of the main types of teaching staff’s tolerance. It was found that the most prominent forms of teaching staff’s tolerance included managerial, interpersonal and professional tolerances, which were at a high level in every second respondent. The author notes that in general, the main types of teaching staff’s tolerance were found to be at lower levels than in her previous study. The index of teaching staff’s subjective well-being was shown to positively correlate with inter-generational, interpersonal, gender, managerial, inter-ethnic and inter-confessional tolerances. Besides, the components of subjective well-being that included "tension and sensitivity", "basic psycho-emotional symptoms", "significance of social environment", "satisfaction with everyday activities" had correlations with certain types of teaching staff’s tolerance. However, the components of subjective well-being that included "change in mood" and "subjective health" did not associate with teaching staff’s tolerance. It is concluded that subjective well-being as a whole can be considered as a socio-psychological factor in the development of teaching staff’s tolerance. The data obtained in the study will contribute to the psychological support for the development of teaching staff’s tolerance in conditions of social tension.
