Water – are we closer to get to know the secret of liquid structure?

Abstract
The water molecule is very simple, yet water as a liquid is one of the most complicated substances. Its few anomalous behavior, such as its expansion when freezing and many others are related to the existing of the net of interacting molecules due to hydrogen bonds. Scientists have been trying to understand these properties of liquid water since many years. Much progress has been made recently and this is the subject of the article.
