Woda – czy bliżej do poznania tajemnicy struktury cieczy?

Abstract
Cząsteczka wody jest prosta, podczas gdy ciekła woda jest jedną z najbardziej skomplikowanych i zarazem tajemniczych substancji. Charakteryzuje się wieloma anomalnymi właściwościami, np. rozszerza się w czasie zamarzania, a także wieloma innymi. Właściwości te są kojarzone ze strukturą sieci, którą tworzą cząsteczki wody powiązane wiązaniami wodorowymi. Jest przedmiotem badań od bardzo wielu lat. W ostatnich latach zostały wykonane nowe doświadczenia, które być może pomogą rozwiązać zagadkę ciekłej wody i o tym jest niniejszy artykuł.
