Abstract
Artykuł ukazuje miejsce pedagogiki personalistycznej wśród współczesnych nurtów wychowania. Nakreśla złożoność treści samego pojęcia wychowanie i trudności w jego jednoznacznym zdefiniowaniu. Wskazuje na istotę wychowania w perspektywie personalistycznej, na podstawowe jego cele i założenia. Podkreślone zostało zagadnienie podmiotowości i dialogu w wychowaniu.<br/><br/>
