Abstract
Стаття присвячена удосконаленню правового регулювання діяльності суб’єктів природних монополій, виявленню недоліків існуючої нормативно-правової бази і шляхів їх усунення. Значну увагу приділено державному регулюванню діяльності такого суб’єкта природної монополії, як залізниці, що, у свою чергу, виступають особливого роду природною монополією та потребують специфічного законодавчого регулювання.
