Abstract
W artykule podkreśla się, iż popularne obecnie teorie socjologiczne, psychologiczne oraz ekonomiczne, obecne w naukach o zarządzaniu, podkreślające rolę zaufania w życiu społecznym, kulturalnym oraz ekonomicznym, stanowią przykład intelektualnej mody i braku odpowiedzi na podstawowe w socjologii (jednej z nauk o zarządzaniu) pytanie: „jak jest naprawdę?”. Standaryzowanie relacji międzyludzkich m.in. w organizacji podważa znaczenie zaufania.
