Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of approaches to the definition of the concept of “labor function”, as well as its key features. Taking into account the results of the research conducted by scientists in this field, as well as the current legislation, new characteristic features of this concept of the worker's labor function are singled out, as well as delineation from other related concepts.
