ZnO p-type doping and room-temperature electro-luminescence from ZnO homojunction
Journal Title: Science Paper Online - Year 2007, Vol 2, Issue 5
Abstract
This article reports on several technique for p-type doping in ZnO thin films, including N-doping, co-doping, Li-doping, nominally undoped method, large-size-mismatched group-Ⅴ doping. In addition, room-temperature electro-luminescence has been observed in ZnO homojunction based on the p-type doping technique.

A real-time rendering method of non-homogeneous participating media
The real-time rendering of non-homogeneous participating media (e.g. fog) is one important research topic of realistic rendering in current virtual indoor scenes. We present a real-time rendering method of participating...
Design and application of automatic monitoring and controlling system for flotation column
The control requirements and the principle of flotation column were analyzed and elaborated emphatically. The design method of the multivariate inputs/multivariate outputs is adopted. The controx2000 configuration softwa...
Study of Navigable Depth Applied With the Condition of Fluid Mud
With the increasing depth of sullage coast ports, the back silting of the ports become more serious, and the fluid mud develops, which cause more difficulties in the maintenance of water depth. This paper dissertates and...
Recent progress in research on “smart” microcapsule membranes
Smart controlled-release systems have been paid much attention, and several kinds of environmental stimuli-responsive microcapsule membranes with different response principles have been reported. Some recent achievements...
A methodological exploration of bioactive components of the traditional Chinese medicines guided by in vivo absorption and distribution characters of the constituents
By using a Tibetan herbal medicine Halenia elliptica L. (a liver protect remedy) as an example, a method to investigate bioactive components of the traditional Chinese medicines (TCM), under a guidance of in vivo absorpt...
