Abstract
Export-import operations, the pattern of trade make big difference on a reproductive process in a national economy, and change of her basic proportions. It is fundamentally important not only to realize international economic relation with traditional and new partners, oh to pawn bases for providing of stable competitiveness of economy in a long-term context. For this reason, a critical estimation of dynamics and structure of foreign economic activity of Ukraine and the EU in the conditions of signing of Agreement about an association is extraordinarily. The aim of the article is determination of conformities to law of dynamics of indexes of volumes of foreign trade of Ukraine and the EU, authentication of countries-partners, commodity structure of export and import, it rationality and prospectsof transformation in the conditions of entering into EU. Forthe achievement of the put aim approach of the systems, scientific methods of analysis and synthesis was used. Informative basis of research are a normatively legal base of Ukraine and current data of Government service of statistics of Ukraine and National bank of Ukraine. The analysis of dynamics of foreign trade of Ukraine and EU testifies to the permanent tendency of volumes to the increase, after the exception of periods of financial crises, one of signs of that in institutional home terms is reduction of export and import. The defects of development of trade relations make negative balance for Ukraine. Positive for Ukraine structural changes in foreign trade from EU are: increase of part of food stuffs and raw material for their production; a substantial increase of part of countries of EU is at the market of import of mineral foods; reduction of volumes to the import of oil, oil products, gas through the increase of energy efficiency of national economy; reduction of specific gravity of import of black and colored metals and wares. By the negative indexes of Ukrainian trade with the EU is reductions of volumes of raw material supplies, products of chemical industry and engineer through military aggression; increase of import of commodities with high goods and services tax. The given critical estimation of the using EU trade quotas for Ukraine; created the recommendations how to improve situation in future. The scientific novelty of this work is consists in formalization of conformities to law of retrospective development of relations between Ukraine and the EU in the sphere of foreign trade, providing of unity of in-quality estimations of structural changes and determination of prospects of export-import operations within the framework of formal rules of the signed agreements. Prospects for further research on the topic of work – determination of concrete methods is from activation of approach a European markets of the Ukrainian producers.
