Abstract
At the end of the twentieth century human civilization is entering a qualitatively new state, one of the most important indicators of which is the emergence of global problems. Significant problems in economic, social, environmental, demographic, political and other spheres create the conditions for the amplification of differences between countries ' level of development and the accumulation of global problems. The size and complexity of global problems due to changes in world development, reorganization of the world order, ambiguity of approaches and mechanisms to solve them. Today the development of partnerships between countries partly solves the problems of education, health, poverty and hunger. This is especially true for the developing and underdeveloped countries, taking into account their dependence on developed countries and foreign aid. A large number of scientific papers and studies have been devoted to the analysis of global problems and their influence on all spheres of public life, including economic, but the question remains open, because the constantly changing approaches and mechanisms to addressing the global challenges is the reorganization of the world order. The aim of the study is to analyze the major global problems, their causes and impact on the world. For scientific solutions to these problems were used methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, abstract-logical method for the formulation of conclusions. Methodological basis of research were the works of leading scientists, scientific articles, periodicals and statistical materials according to the world organizations. There are no purely natural or purely social global problems, they are closely intertwined and encompass demographic, political, environmental, economic and social spheres of human existence. Therefore, the need for cooperation between international, public and private actors of the global economy is obvious. The solution to global risks in many cases lies in the field of international private-public or public-private partnerships. Such cooperation requires the identification of key risks and the interests of stakeholders and to develop joint plan relevant responses to contemporary global challenges facing society.
