A MODEL OF FORMING OF PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS OF FUTURE TEACHER IS TO PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION

Abstract
The article substantiates theoretically the model of psychological readiness of the future teacher to professional self-realization. The purpose of such a model is the formation of the psychological readiness of the future teacher to professional self-realization. In the process of professional self-realization, the tasks of professional development arise in the substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations of professional self-realization, formation of the personality of the future teacher as a subject of professional self-realization, as well as determination of the prospects of professional and personal growth. The construction of a model for forming a future teacher of psychological readiness for professional self-realization is carried out if the following principles are realized: the unity of individualization and differentiation of activity, continuity and continuity, optimality and subjectivity. According to the distinguished criteria, the levels of formation in the future teacher of psychological readiness for professional self-realization are determined.
