A Review on Recurrent miscarriage

Abstract
Recurrent miscarriage (RM), the commonest complication of pregnancy, is the spontaneous loss of a pregnancy before the fetus has reached viability. Three or more consecutive spontaneous miscarriages with or without previous live births are known as recurrent miscarriage (RM) and this condition affects about 1–3% of women during their reproductive years. RM is needed special care and treatment. Recurrent spontaneous miscarriage is the most common adverse pregnancy outcome in humans and occurs in 15–20% of all recognized pregnancies. Therefore, research into improved diagnosis and development of new treatment strategies is essential. In this review, we summarize current concepts on pathological condition and brief treatment intervention on RM. RM is really sad disorder can take all happiness of mother, so special care and patient education require to take over RM. According to current literature infectious diseases, endocrine disorders, Anatomical malformations, autoimmune defects as well as acquired and inherited thrombophilia are established risk factors in RM.
