Adaptive method in the allocation of maximum troubleshooting times of network failures

Abstract
Failures are an important problem of any network. There are no trouble-free networks, and the primary challenge facing administrators and managers of any network is to minimize outages caused by failures. The aim of the study is to develop an adaptive method for defining network recovery time which would eliminate the drawbacks of currently applied solutions. The hypothesis of the article is the statement that adaptive solution provides extra time to restore the correct operation of the network elements while allowing for precise achievement of the required availability.
