Advantages of training as an innovative methods of social and psychological training in the context of forming of the communicative tolerance of senior pupils

Abstract

The improvement of educational services provided by the concept of the New Ukrainian School includes not only the acquisition of certain knowledge by the pupils, but also the development of personal qualities. The transformation of education, first of all, requires the solution of such general issues as orientation to a man, fundamental values, humanization and democratization of education. A harmoniously developed personality should become the main goal and content of this education system. In these conditions, the formation of tolerance becomes a priority task of modern pedagogical psychology. This is very topical, given that recently in the education system of Ukraine, special attention has been paid to the formation of a new philosophy of state policy on joint education of healthy children and children with special needs, that is, the introduction of the inclusive education. One of the ways to promote personal development, establish mutual understanding and take each other’s students is to develop a communicative tolerance among them. Communicative tolerance is a characteristic of the attitude of the person to people, showing the degree of tolerance of the person to unpleasant or inadmissible, in his opinion, mental states, qualities and actions of partners in communication or interaction. Regarding the forms and methods of forming of communicative tolerance of senior pupils, in our opinion, the training is effective. Training is an active form of socio-psychological education, which is a holistic psychological and pedagogical system capable of helping a person in in-depth knowledge of others as well as himself, his ability to communicate and influence others. Training is both a communication, an interesting process of knowing yourself and others, an effective form of mastering knowledge, a tool for developing skills and habits, a form of experience expansion, during which there is an active assimilation of knowledge, skills and habits that meets the conditions of modern life.
