Aspects related to the physical environment and characterization molecular structure of somatic embryogenesis

Abstract

In the current work, a review on the influence of the in vitro environment in the morphogenetic process of the somatic embryogenesis is carry out, specifically the effect of certain gases accumulated in the gas phase of the culture vessel; such as oxygen, dioxide of carbon and ethylene on the somatic embryogenesis. A reference to biomolecules such as proteins, isoenzime, polyamine and arabinogalactano proteins which are related with the morphogenetic process of the somatic embryogenesis is also made.
