CHARACTERISTICS OF DOCUMENTS AS SOURCES OF EVIDENCE IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS OF APPROPRIATION, EMBEZZLEMENT AND MISAPPROPRIATION OF PROPERTY BY ABUSE OF OFFICIAL POSITION

Abstract
The concept and importance of documents as sources of evidence in criminal proceedings of appropriation, embezzlement and misappropriation of property by abuse of official position have been revealed. The differentiation between a document as „a source of evidence” and „a document as physical evidence” has been performed. The classification of documents as sources of evidence in criminal proceedings of the mentioned category has been elucidated.
