COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE DESCRIPTORS OF NATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FRAMEWORKS OF UKRAINE AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES FOR HIGHER EDUCATION LEVELS

Abstract
The paper analyses communicative competence descriptors of the National Qualifications Framework of Ukraine and national qualifications frameworks of European countries for different levels of higher education. The comparative analysis communicative competence descriptors of national qualifications frameworks of Scotland, Germany and Bulgaria is carried out. Certain similarities and differences in communicative competence descriptors of different European countries are presented.
