COMPOSITION OF JUSTICE AS A BASIS OF CIVIL AND LEGAL LIABILITY

Abstract
The article analyzes such specifics of the grounds of civil liability as the composition of the offense. Attention is drawn to the existence of a number of problems in the practical implementation of norms on the grounds of civil liability and its distinction from other types of legal liability, in particular criminal. The opinion on the expediency of application in the legal relationships explored in the design of the composition of the civil law offense is expressed. It has been established that legal facts are grounds for civil liability. On the basis of the study, it was concluded that the characteristics of a civil law offense include such conditions as harm, unlawfulness, causal connection between unlawful actions and consequences, harmful consequences and blame, which in their totality form the composition of a civil offense. It is also concluded that the wines of the legal entity and the fault of the individual are different in characteristics.
