CONDITIONS OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS EFFECTIVE MONITORING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF HUMANITIES

Abstract
In terms of further humanization and humanitarization of education the problem of applying of monitoring effectiveness of academic achievements of the future teachers of humanities gains particular relevance. It was determined that the monitoring of academic achievements of future teachers is a continuous process of scientifically-based considering of their training activities results manifested in the form of knowledge, skills and competencies, the system of emotional and value attitudes and provide professional and personal development of each student. During the scientific research it was found that the basic requirements to the pedagogical measurements quality are as follows: 1) the gained result should be due only to the properties of the object of study and shouldn’t depend on the subjective point of view of a scientist; 2) unification measures that give an opportunity to create equal conditions of measurement for all subjects of the process; 3) the opportunity of the comparability of the measurement results; 4) reliability and validity. In addition, the measurement process must meet the quantitative (associated with the use of certain quantitative criteria) as well as quality (conceptual) regulations (O. Sevrukh, A. Yunina). Based on consideration of scientific opinions and the results of our research it was concluded that effective monitoring of academic achievements of future teachers of humanities in higher education is provided under the following conditions: 1) the enforcement of the general requirements of the monitoring process in higher education defined by scientists; 2) consideration of specific educational material on the humanities, which greatly affects the implementation of monitoring procedures; 3) systematic application of monitoring and selfmonitoring of students academic achievements; 4) active use of modern computer technologies in the monitoring process.
