CRIMINOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF CRUEL TREATMENT OF ANIMALS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the actual, but insufficiently explored problem of cruel treatment of animals in Ukraine. The article deals with analysis of criminological characteristics and level of latency. The article also discusses the legislation of Ukraine on this issue.
