WITNESS IMMUNITY OF THE LAWYER

Abstract
In this paper, an analysis the legal nature of the witness’s immunity as a lawyer as one of the main guarantees of the professional activities of a lawyer. A conclusion is made about the relative nature of the witness’s immunity of the lawyer, taking into account the limits of the lawyer’s secret, as well as its distribution only to the information that the lawyer received in connection with the exercise of his professional activities. The position on which, in the event of loss of information, upon the application of the client’s client of the status of advocate secrecy, is argued, then the legal guarantee for its preservation is lost, and therefore the lawyer must provide such evidence.
