THE FUNDAMENTALIZATION OF HIGHER LEGAL EDUCATION IN UKRAINE: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
The article reveals the notion of «fundamentalization of education», defines the conceptual basis of fundamentalization of higher legal education in Ukraine, proposes organizational and substantive changes in the educational process, aimed at the effective use of the potential of philosophical-anthropological disciplines in the fundamental training of highly qualified lawyer.
