DIFFERENTIAL-DYNAMIC LOGIC FOR COOPERATIVE ROBOTIC SYSTEMS
Journal Title: ROMANIAN JOURNAL OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES - APPLIED MECHANICS - Year 2017, Vol 62, Issue 2
Abstract
Hybrid systems are dynamical systems with interacting discrete transitions and continuous evolutions described by differential equations. They combine the digital and continuous physical effects resulting from the cooperation between the man and the robot. The man and the robot handle the same tool, and the control algorithm has the role to prevent the man to cross the critical borders of a 2D safety workplace and to move into undesirable locations. The man manipulates the tool during his activity without interacting with the robot, but near the boundaries of the working area, the robot intervenes to guide the man towards safe trajectories. The scope of the paper is to provide a coherent logical analysis for such hybrid systems defined on 2D safe domains with critical straight lines or curved borders. The differential-dynamic logic (dL) is used to capture the logical content of the dynamics of such systems.

AN APPLICATION OF THE OPTIMAL AUXILIARY FUNCTIONS TO BLASIUS PROBLEM
In this work, a new procedure namely the Optimal Auxiliary Functions Method (OAFM) is proposed to obtain an explicit analytical solution of the Blasius problem. Our solutions are compared with those obtained by numerical...
ASYMMETRICAL COLD STRIP ROLLING. A NEW ANALYTICAL APPROACH
In this paper is given a solution of asymmetrical strip rolling problem using a Bingham type constitutive equation and the perturbation method. Rolling pressure distribution, rolling force, rolling torque, front tension,...
AN ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF HOLES PATTERNS ON COUPLED INSTABILITY OF PERFORATED THIN-WALLED MEMBERS
The buckling behaviour of vertical steel pallet rack columns is greatly influenced by the distribution of perforations punched continuously along their length. To study the influence of the holes patterns on the elastic...
ULTRA-COMPOSITES: DESIGNING STOCHASTIC COMPOSITES WITH LARGE MICROSTRUCTURAL VARIABILITY
Regular composite materials are made from a small number of constituent phases, usually two, which are arranged spatially such to maximize the stiffness and strength of the material. In this article, we review results re...
THE DISPLACEMENT OF THE EXCAVATOR BUCKET ON THE OPTIMUM TRAJECTORY THROUGH THE CONTROL OF THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS LENGTHS
The article refers to the hydraulic excavators with backhoe attachment equipped with length sensors at the hydraulic cylinders. The relations for the calculus of the lengths of the hydraulic cylinders of the excavator co...
