DIFFERENTIAL-DYNAMIC LOGIC FOR COOPERATIVE ROBOTIC SYSTEMS
Journal Title: ROMANIAN JOURNAL OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES - APPLIED MECHANICS - Year 2017, Vol 62, Issue 2
Abstract
Hybrid systems are dynamical systems with interacting discrete transitions and continuous evolutions described by differential equations. They combine the digital and continuous physical effects resulting from the cooperation between the man and the robot. The man and the robot handle the same tool, and the control algorithm has the role to prevent the man to cross the critical borders of a 2D safety workplace and to move into undesirable locations. The man manipulates the tool during his activity without interacting with the robot, but near the boundaries of the working area, the robot intervenes to guide the man towards safe trajectories. The scope of the paper is to provide a coherent logical analysis for such hybrid systems defined on 2D safe domains with critical straight lines or curved borders. The differential-dynamic logic (dL) is used to capture the logical content of the dynamics of such systems.

ON THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE HYSTERETIC WIRE-ROPE ISOLATORS UNDER RANDOM EXCITATION
Difficulties in characterizing of behavior of the wire-rope isolators under random excitation is the motivation for investigation of the modified Bouc-Wen model in the spirit of Baber and Noori, in order to include the e...
INFLUENCE OF LANTHANUM DOPING ON THE STRUCTURAL, MORPHOLOGICAL AND THERMAL CHARACTERISTICS OF NICKEL FERRITE
Lanthanum doped nickel ferrite – NiFe1-δLaδO4 has been synthesised by solid state reaction using nickel and iron oxides (NiO and Fe2O3) and lanthanum hydroxide (La(OH)3). The samples have been investigated by X-ray diffr...
INTERNAL REACTION FORCES IN DYNAMICS OF A PLANAR PARALLEL MANIPULATOR
Three identical legs connecting to the moving platform of a planar parallel manipulator are located in the same vertical plane. Knowing the motion of the platform, we determine the positions, velocities and accelerations...
HUMAN-ROBOT INTERACTION AND TRACKING USING LOW COST 3D VISION SYSTEMS
This paper describes a platform which allows humans to interact with robotic arms using augmented reality. Low cost “kinect” cameras (Xbox 360) are used for tracking human skeletons and locations of robot’s end effectors...
CONSIDERATIONS ON ACTIVE REDUCTION NOISE, TREATMENT AND CONTROL DESIGN PERFORMANCE AT DIESEL GENERATOR
This paper discusses the methodology and results of a noise audit and active control testing on a portable single-cylinder diesel generator. Using a large microphone array, a spectral intensity map of all external surfac...
