Dobór kadr kierowniczych w przedsiębiorstwie

Abstract
W artykule autor omówił wymagania stawiane kadrze kierowniczej oraz przedstawił procedurę doboru kadr na stanowiska kierownicze, na którą składa się: planowanie potrzeb kadrowych, rekrutacja, selekcja i wprowadzenie na stanowisko pracy. Scharakteryzował także wybrane metody doboru kadr takie jak: stopniowy awans zatrudnionych pracowników, dobór kandydatów znajdujących się w kręgu znajomych kierownictwa, dobór losowy, dobór przez uzgodnienia, awansowanie spośród rezerwy kadrowej, dobór za pośrednictwem wyspecjalizowanych instytucji, konkurs oraz metoda Assessment Center.
