Abstract
ECG is a very important test for paediatric patients with various childhood diseases, including children with no clinical symptoms of heart disease. The correct interpretation of the ECG performed in a child requires the knowledge of the morphology of the particular waves, intervals and segments. This knowledge, combined with hard work and repeated attempts to interpret the ECG, is the key to make the correct diagnosis.
