Features of decentralization political power in Ukraine

Abstract
The author investigates the peculiarities of realization of the reform of local self-government in Ukraine, first of all, the unification (consolidation) of territorial communities and ensuring their ability independently, at the expense of their own resources, to solve local issues. The advantages and disadvantages of decentralization of state power are analyzed, and measures are planned that should mitigate the influence on the political process of negative phenomena associated with the decentralization process.
