FORMATION OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS READINESS TO PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY IN CONDITIONS OF REALIZATION OF THE CONCEPT OF "NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL"

Abstract

The article describes the topical issues of the preparation of a modern elementary school teacher, which provides for the formation of competences and competencies of a specialist who is able to realize the creative potential of each student, regardless of health status and level of development. The functions of the future elementary school teacher were described, which were oriented during the preparation of the institution of higher education of the XX century, namely: educational, educational, organizational, informative. The functions that stipulate changes in the educational trajectory of psychological and pedagogical conditions in the process of shaping the readiness of future teachers for professional activities in the implementation of the New Ukrainian School Concept are defined. Defined set of psychological and pedagogical conditions; the content of the notion «formation of future teachers' readiness for professional activities in the implementation of the New Ukrainian School concept as the formation of a complex neoplasm during vocational and pedagogical training, which covers orientation, motivational, informative, operational, reflexive components that ensure readiness for the implementation of an innovative approach in the educational process of primary school. The directions of work and possible obstacles to the successful implementation of activities were clarified: the complexity of the educational content, its correction in accordance with the requirements of modernity and society; ensuring a high level of implementation of educational standards in primary school to ensure continuous mastery of pedagogical technologies and the implementation of innovative pedagogical achievements in their own teaching practice; lifelong learning.
