Aspartame and lemon flavor were used to enhance organoleptic properties of the tablets. The formulated tablets were evaluated for weight variation, wetting time, hardness, friability and in vitro disintegration time, In vivo disintegration time and drug release characteristics. Results of In vitro disintegration time and In vivo disintegration time indicated that the tablets dispersed (or) disintegrate rapidly within 16 seconds, also the hardness, friability, dissolution rate and assay of prepared tablets were found to be acceptable according to standard limits.
