Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono funkcjonowanie drugiego w Polsce niezależnego od przewoźników Zarządu Komunikacji Miejskiej w Gdyni. Skoncentrowano się na opisaniu restrukturyzacji komunikacji miejskiej w tym mieście, przedstwiono również nową usługę dla użytkowników tj. tramwaj wodny.
