Abstract
The article deals with the relationship between the channel capacity and the hydraulic resistance of the channel. Based on the data of full-scale studies, the dynamics of the hydraulic resistance in the zone of general erosion of the bed is justified and, according to the results of the calculations, continuation of channel deformation in the considered zone is ascertained.
