Journal Title: Radca Prawny. Zeszyty naukowe - Year 2018, Vol 17, Issue 4
Abstract
In the judgment of May 29, 2018 The Supreme Court decided that a negative prerequisite of removing a doctor from the list of members of the professional self-government of physicians and dentists occurs only at the moment of initiating the “in personam” phase of such proceedings. However, this decision raises concerns both under the Act on Chambers of Physicians and Dentists and the Code of Criminal Procedure.
